I joined ALB because I'd read that French could significantly help with Canada's Express Entry system, but I had no idea how the CRS or TEF Canada actually worked. The programme didn't just teach me French, they explained the whole immigration mechanism, why language matters for the score, what the CLB conversion means. I've never had a language school actually contextualise what I was learning inside the goal I was trying to reach. Four months in, my French is at B1 and I have a clear path to what I need before I'm exam-ready. The soft skills sessions were something I didn't expect and genuinely valued.
